Wallpaper sets sold on Affirmation Academy are digital goods delivered by email immediately after payment. Because digital files cannot be returned, purchases are not refundable once the download link has been delivered.
When we will help or refund
We will fix the problem or refund your payment if:
- you did not receive the download link;
- a file is damaged, incomplete or does not open;
- you were charged more than once for the same order.
How to request help
Write to contact@affirmationacademy.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include the email address used at checkout and a short description of the problem. We first try to resend or replace the files; if that does not solve it, we refund the payment to the original payment method.
Before you write
Please check your spam or promotions folder: the email with the download link is sent by Stripe right after payment.
